If the GUI is not up yet, and this is a true boot error. Then it is likely a problem with the imaging system. Try and boot the monitor cart without the XP0 cable connected. If the error still comes up, you will need to repair or replace the imaging system.

I agree with everything that Neomed had stated. However, if it does boot with the C-Arm connected, you can go into the service screen after entering the password: vision, then go to the System Tab, at the top of the screen, in the drop down menu, choose Versions, then see what CAN modules are listed. This may tell you what your issue is.... if it's not the Image Memory within the monitor cart.

Thank everyone for trying to help.  I did contact Ziehm.  The issue was they tried to change the protocol while imaging.  So, operator error.
