Screen says "Support surface malfunction" first time seeing this. how do I fix this problem.

I suggest trying:
- Power cycle the bed
- Check mattress connections
- Inspect for leaks or kinks
- Run diagnostics
If it doesnt go away it could be:
- A faulty support surface module
- A bad communication cable
- Or a firmware mismatch between the bed and the mattress
