I thought I'd share my experience with the lockout issue that was plaguing a bed.
It would constantly lock out all controls with a lit-up wrench light. Unlocking would make the bed functional for a couple seconds but would lock out again. According to the manual it was the logic board that was faulty, which we ended up replacing but did not solve the issue. It was determined with support to be most likely that the 2 actuators were faulty. Being a school with limited budget, I decided to do further troubleshooting before purchasing 2 new complete units. I found that the feedback voltage coming from the potentiometer in the actuator would become erratic and cause the bed to lock up. I disassembled the 2 actuator heads, removed the potentiometer component and carefully took apart and cleaned the contacts and board. After reassembly the bed functions perfectly normal. Not sure if this will help anyone as it is a lot of work, but worth saving some money.
