I have an MPI 1111 HUT and everything is working, but the table height. I can hear the column attempt to move up and down when I press the hand controller (leading me to believe it isn't the hand controller), but then there is no movement. Any ideas?

my troubleshooting methodology would be to swap a working actuator with the questionable, at the control box. Then you'll know if the issue follows the hand control or actuator, or the control box itself
