Yeah, that behavior usually points to a firmware corruption issue on the main board — especially if power rails check out fine. The system starts the boot sequence, hits the calibration routine, then crashes when it can’t load firmware properly.
You’ll need the Zeiss firmware update package and the service utility (VisuScout Updater Tool) that runs from a service laptop via USB. It’s not publicly available, so you’ll have to contact Zeiss support or an authorized service center to reflash it.
If you have access to another working unit, you can sometimes clone the SD or internal flash image, but only if you’re trained and careful — otherwise I suggest you let Zeiss handle the reflash.
