Our Sedecal A6285-01 manufactured in 2004 has a burnt out LCD screen. Not able to find this part. Anyone have one?

Hey CamelbackMedicalCenters,
I'm not finding a model A6285-01. Can you look around the unit for a different model number? Also, with the unit on, can you press a flashlight against the screen? If you can ever so make out the screen elements doing that then it's could just the backlight.

Thanks for the response Andrew! I will try that. I can send you a pic of the tag on the machine if you like. On the tag it says model number A6285-01. Manufactured oct 2006 and serial number C-24826
