our 5810R, is working fine if we set it up to 3000rpm, but when we set it to 4000, it is reaching 3500 rpm and then giving imbalance error and stop, even if it works empty without any container.

If it consistently fails at the same RPM empty, the drive train is unstable — usually motor bearings or tach signal. Cleaning the tach sensor is the easy first step; bearings/motor swap is the real fix if the noise/vibration threshold hasn't changed.
