Hey Dr. RM,
That is a 20+ year old ultrasound and I just can not find any documentation on it. I'm not sure any service documentation is going to be available anywhere. You may need to reach out directly to 3rd party ultrasound service providers. Some can be found in the under the equipment tab above under "Service Companies". Depending on what country you are in.
