Erro 12-41-0-0

It’s usually a detector communication / readiness issue, not a software crash.

Most common things to check:

• Reseat the detector cables at the arm and cabinet (they’re very sensitive).
• Power the system down fully, wait a few minutes, then power back up (cold reboot, not restart).
• Check detector status LEDs if accessible — often the detector isn’t coming “ready” fast enough.

If it comes back immediately after reboot, Siemens usually points to detector electronics or the detector interface rather than the generator.
