please i need the service password for toshiba Aplio XG and Aplio 500 with probe not detected

I am a biomedical engineer supporting an imaging center in a rural area, and I am facing an issue with a Toshiba Aplio XG ultrasound system. The problem is that the probes are not being detected, even though I have replaced the hard drive and restored it using the system backup. I have also replaced the RAM with new modules and tested new probes, but nothing is displayed on the screen.

I would also appreciate assistance with the service password to access the service menu for further diagnostics

Equipment: toshiba ultrasounds aplio xg and aplio 500

Dear Mr. Nelson,

My name is Tatiana, and I’m with Admar Neuro (Admar Neuro).

At the moment, we do provide ultrasound equipment repairs, though our parts inventory for these systems is limited. The good news is that we’re actively expanding our capabilities in this area, and we expect to offer a more comprehensive ultrasound service portfolio next year.

In the meantime, we’d be glad to support you with any other neurodiagnostic repair needs, including EMG, EEG, TCD, and VNG systems. Admar Neuro specializes in the service and refurbishment of leading brands such as Natus, Cadwell, and Nihon Kohden, and we pride ourselves on fast turnaround times and high-quality work.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out if we can assist you with any other repair or service needs.

Since the hardware and software restorations didn't resolve the probe detection issue, the fault likely lies in the Front End hardware. On the Toshiba Aplio XG, check the TI Board or the Power Supply Unit (PSU). If the PSU fails to deliver specific voltages to the probe connector panel, the system cannot "sense" connected transducers. Inspect the interface pins for physical damage and ensure all internal ribbon cables are seated firmly after your recent repairs.

Regarding service access, these systems typically use a revolving password based on the system date. For older Aplio models, try the common service password "7426" or "0000". However, if those fail, Bazoocam, you may need a generator tool specific to the machine's serial number. Once inside the service menu, run the "P-Unit" diagnostics to isolate which board is failing to communicate.
