On Hologic Selenia Dimensions, 25:8 and 25:11 are X-ray chain–related image capture faults.

Run Filament Calibration from service mode first
If calibration fails or the errors return, suspect tube aging, filament instability, or the HV tank
Check recent line voltage and confirm no intermittent power issues
If exposures are inconsistent or noisy, this usually ends in tube replacement, not detector work
