Erre
Equipment: Lightmed - LIGHTLas 532

On the Lightmed LIGHTLas 532, a startup error (often partially displayed as “Error”) is generally related to an unsatisfied interlock or an initialization failure.
Check the following quickly and easily as a priority:
Interlocks: key, footswitch, covers/lids securely closed.
Cooling: fans starting, filters clean, no overheating alarms.
Power Supply: stable voltages, no voltage drop at boot (PSU).
Boards/Connectors: reconnect all accessible ribbon cables and connectors.
Cold Start: power off completely, unplug for 5–10 minutes, then power on.
If the error persists, it is often related to the control board, laser module, or firmware and requires the service manual or intervention from Lightmed support.
