The equipment is showing ring artifacts. Air calibration has already been performed. I would like to check if anyone can provide guidance or support on how to eliminate these artifacts.

On the Toshiba Activion 16, persistent ring artifacts after a successful air calibration are almost always tied to detector channel instability rather than reconstruction settings.
If rings persist after ruling that out then the usual resolution is detector module replacement or DAS board repair. On Activion systems, calibration alone will not suppress rings caused by a drifting detector element.
Log onto the service platform and run DMS tests. Review the histogram looking for spikes. Run polts to identify the module and element at issue. Most CT's will allow you "bad " specific elements until replacment modules are available.
