The device works perfectly. I have a fault at start up: HCU Supply. 00110006.
What can be the cause of this fault and how can I repair.

HCU Supply 00110006 on an HCU 40 is a power-supply monitoring fault.
Most common causes:
- Weak or failing internal PSU
- Loose PSU or backplane connector
- Failing voltage sense line (supply is present but out of tolerance at startup)
What to do:
- Power off, reseat PSU and internal connectors
- Check PSU output voltages under load
- If it repeats, replace the power supply module
