Head/Foot Controls Not Working

I need help. I am a disabled, double amputee who bought a Hill Rom Total Care Sport bed in my home since I am bedridden and comfort is a priority. I have had the bed for several years, but yesterday out of the blue, the head and foot buttons will not work to raise the head section. I am stuck lying flat on my back in a rather uncomfortable position. My family tried unplugging the bed to reset it, but it did not work. There are no warning lights or error messages. The button makes a noise likes it's trying to lift when pushed but nothing happens. My family checked the brakes to make sure they were unlocked and nothing seems to be in the way or out of place. I called multiple companies today who said they cannot help me as the bed is in a private home rather than a hospital or doctor's office. Anyone with any suggestions to help troubleshoot this?

I made a post on the bmet reddit to see if anyone is in your areas to help. I'll let you know if anyone responds.  AHuskins, where in NC?

KWarner, we're you able to reach my colleague Sharon?

I called Mantis Medical and I think talked with Sharon. Explained the situation, she referred me to Syracuse companies who all said no. Have tried calling Mantis back and e-mailing and they have not responded. My father-in-law has already been uncomfortable for almost a week now so don't want to delay much longer.
