Need some help, bought a used lift online and get it all mounted and hooked up. All features work but the down feature. It does work pulling the emergency strap but after emergency strap is used can’t up feature without turning it on and off. Seems like a “safety” feature that I can’t figure out. Anyone have and experience trouble shooting this brand

Does the down button on the unit (not the hand control) work? I'd test it with and without the hand control attached. Either way I would suspect the hand control first.
Hello thank you for your reply. Unfortunately neither button work on the remote or the device itself for the down feature. What would be the next trouble shooting step. All features work but this, including the emergency down feature. I greatly appreciate your time
Since:
Up works
Emergency down works
Normal down does NOT work (both panel and hand control)
This means the motor and actuator are fine. The problem is in the down control circuit, not the lift motor.
Most likely causes:
Faulty down limit switch
Stuck safety interlock after overload
Control board relay for “down” failed
Anti-crush / slack strap sensor triggered
Next steps:
Check for a bottom limit switch stuck open
Inspect down button wiring continuity
Look for a small micro-switch near the strap drum
Reset fully (power off, remove battery 5–10 min)
When you press the button, ate you heating any clicking, grinding, etc?
Might just be a touchpad issue
All other times these are the three green lights on, cannot load picture. But the three green lights on the right are on. Cannot load picture
