Replaced power switch, and low voltage power supply but no display on unit just ticking anyone know how to troubleshoot or resolve issue? lmk if you have thoughts on this thank you.
No power just ticking

The ticking sound seems like a relay trying to close but immediately releasing due to an over current situation. I would start troubleshooting from the output power stage.

ticking?
1st verify you're getting power to the unit, then power in/out of the power supply. where is the ticking coming from

To follow up on what Chris mentioned. If anyone doesn't have one. Make yourself a listening tube. Take a length of stiff plastic tubing about 2-3 feet long. Mark one end with tape and that end always goes to your ear. Use the other end like a stethoscope. It's non conductive, so just point is around to help you zero in on sounds.

Unfortunately, the unit will not power up. flashing green LED, this unit was Frankenstein together I replaced the front display, replaced power switch as the other was fried, replaced low voltage power supply due to bad capacitor and replaced large capacitors. The ticking not from relay I check was its good, want to check outputs at each testing point but just not sure if this unit should be on. The manufacturing date is from 96 so it has seen better days.
