it starts fine, warms up fine, reaches good temp and timer starts, but when it does a cycle to warm up again and the heat on light turns on the timer stops and doesnt continue until the heat on light turns off
is this a latching relay fault or a clock fault? it didnt had a latching relay when they purchased it for some reason and it worked fine before
Clock Stops when heat on light is on

I have service manual for Pelton and Crane - Magna Cleaver that you can use to solve it, let me know your response

Hey Alanornlsl_1767,
Alrighty, It sounds like the timer is stopping whenever the temp/pressure go below a certain point but starts again when it heats back up. It sounds to me that the temp is varying too much. There are several heating elements on this unit. Some stay on while the main turns on and off. I'd start checking the continuity of all the heating elements and see if some are bad. RPI still has all the parts for this model and their techs may be able to help.
Good Luck!

is this a manual unit? are you saying the timer runs out or it stops moving?
you're either using the time incorrectly or it's gone bad.
it could be a bad relay, it's hard to say without being in front of the unit. so the timer stops and doesn't come back on? fyi, this unit is soooo long out of support. parts are minimal, if you solve this, next week will be a new issue with no repair. might be time to upgrade.

it heats up good, no bad heating elements. Timer stops only when heating elements turn on during cycle, then the timer resumes when they turn off.
would appreciate the service manual if u willing to share it

Heaters pull the most amount of juice in this unit, what if your timer just isn't getting enough power when they're running?
Run the unit and put a clamp meter on the timer.
What additional components are b/w the 2 items?
