The both screens can't get signal,the machine cannot booth at all, only pilot button and green button on console are alive. Can these be fixed without having service key(dongle)?

On the Esaote MyLab Six, a blank screen + no boot + only LEDs alive usually means the system is not reaching OS / application startup at all.
About your question:
No — you generally cannot fix this without the service dongle/key.
