We are looking at buying a phantom and doing the testing ourselves on the BVI 3000s. I wanted to know any feedback on this good or bad, is the phantom the only item needed, is the procedure easy to follow? We have alway sent in these unit annually and do the 6100s via scanpoint, being that scanpoint is web based, has anyone come up with an alternate way of testing these outside of extended warranty.

I use just the phantom and just have the company remove the reminder. With such tough devices checking with the phantom for accuracy is all it needs.
