Anyone know a company that will work on these? Or replace parts on these? Lumibird bird says no more repairs since EOL for this model. Possibly need a new fiber optic cable or adjustment/replacement of an internal optic as the aiming beam is splitting. (Have 2 aiming beans, one on top of the other).

IS this unit connected to a slit lamp or a headlamp system? The first thing I would do for trouble shooting is connecting just a fiber to the unit without any delivery device and see if the aiming beams are still divergent. That should tell you if the issue is internal or external to the device. I am sure there are a few companies out there that will work on it but we need to know where in the world you are located?

Hi, I agree with Andrew. Another point that you might want to check if you have a reliable laser safety equipment to protect your eyes is if the treatment beam (green laser) splits into two or not. I will be happy to help.
