Backup restore in OEC ELite CFD

I don't have the restore procedure or service manual, but I'd be careful with calibration files on the OEC Elite CFD. On many GE imaging systems, the calibration data is tied to the specific hardware configuration, and restoring it incorrectly can result in calibration errors or require a full recalibration.

If you still have the original backup, I'd recommend checking:

• Whether it was created using the system's built-in backup/restore utility.
• Whether you're restoring it to the same unit (same serial number), not a different system.
• If any major components (detector, X-ray tube, workstation, etc.) have been replaced since the backup was made.

If this is a service-level restore after replacing hardware, GE's service documentation is usually required, and in some cases a service dongle or engineer login is needed.

Can you share what prompted the restore? For example, was it after an HDD/SSD replacement, software reload, or are you just trying to recover a lost calibration file? That will help narrow down the correct approach to 1000games.
