Low temp indicator on

Do you have any way of verifying the temp inside the chamber? We would need to verify if the fridge is actually getting that cold before making any changes. The service manual in the documents section talks about setting the low temp alarm on page 55. The default is  1.5 °C for the blood bank model and  2.0 °C for the other models. Adjusting the calibration of the internal thermometer is on page 56 in case that is off. Always measure the temp as close to the internal sensor as possible. I unusually wrap a thermocouple around the glycol bottle and let it normalize for 15 minutes at least.

On the Helmer HLR125, a Low Temp alarm simply means the cabinet temperature has dropped below the low alarm setpoint.

I'd check:

• Verify the actual temperature with an independent thermometer.
• Check the low temperature alarm setting.
• Make sure the door isn't staying closed for long periods causing overcooling.
• If the temperature is truly too low, check the temperature sensor and the refrigeration control board.

If the displayed temperature is normal but the alarm remains, I'd suspect a temperature sensor or calibration issue.
