Hi. I had to open and close the chamber pump due to a broken flow tube. After installing the replacement flow tube and lamps and installing the chamber on the device, I noticed that the laser beam was deflected about one to two millimeters downwards and therefore the calibration was not done properly. Of course, the YAG side was healthy and now with the first few pulses, it calibrates and the shutter opens during the pulse. But the output on the Alex side is not aligned with the optical fiber. I noticed this with a transparent glue tape in the path of the laser. Is there a way to adjust it and raise it a little?
