XEO Cooling System Failure -- Pump and Filter Replacement / Service Technician Needed

I have a 2016 Cutera XEO. After a heavy treatment session, the system developed 322 and 367 error codes and the cooling system stopped circulating water. A local technitian diagnosed a failed pump and water/particle filter and quoted me $4,600 for the repair. Before proceeding, I would like to get a second opinion from an experienced XEO technician. I am particularly interested in recommendations for an independent laser technician in Southern California who has experience servicing Cutera XEO systems . I would also appreciate advice on the correct pump/filter part numbers and whether this repair is reasonable for a 2016 XEO. Thank you!

E322 could be caused by a few problems: if your IPL/dummy plug is not properly connected, a faulty pressure switch or a water level sensor.

1. Make sure that the connector is fully seated.

2. Pressure switch can be adjusted with a small set screw if accessible.

3. Replace a water level sensor that's inside a reservoir.

It is plausible that a water pump is malfunctioning, but in my experience it is rare. New DI and water filters are recommended every 12 months of service.
