I am currently working on a Diatron Abacus 380 hematology analyzer. The machine has a strict software version that requires the hardware key (Dallas key / EM sign) connected to the back panel to credit the tests.
I am looking to buy a permanent EM Key Emulator (Hardware Bypass Key) or an unlimited reset chip so I can run the analyzer with alternative compatible reagents without the counter locking up.
If there are any biomedical engineers, independent service providers, or spare parts suppliers here who can program and ship this emulator key to Egypt, please contact me with the price.
I would also appreciate any advice or technical tips on how to bypass this reagent lock via the service menu if possible on newer firmware versions.
