wireless module battery

This is a persistent issue. I have seen this a few times and we contacted the manufact. to seek a way to prevent this. The only answer they gave us was, "we are working on this". Yea right...We are in the same boat! Sorry.

I was wondering if this was happening elsewhere because the Sales Rep says "Don't see it anywhere else like here". I was thinking that maybe the disinfectant/cleaner we are using was working on the plastic covering but when we got replacements, the tabs were all broke within days and I just don't see the wipes we use acting that fast.

We actually use cavi wipes and they are strong...Im actually going to do an experiment and stop using these and see how it goes.

I hope evryone solved the problem.  It was a long time ago.  My problem is we received a used unit with no batteries in the wireless module so my question is: Where can I buy some batteries?
