We are a clinical equipment service provider working on a Cynosure Icon system. The MaxG handpiece is showing Error 022 on the equipment display.
Could you please provide the technical service manual for this system and advise us on the recommended steps to diagnose and resolve the error?

I suggest you start by checking the handpiece connection, cable, and connecter pins then inspect the cool system to verify the handpiece is fully seated. I don't have the manual and if I did couldn't give it out because they listed as proprietary sorry but that being said, if you could mention when this error occurs, and if other handpieces work, it could help narrow down what's happening
