I have a probe L9-3 that I want to use on my Philips IE33 Ultrasound machine. It detected the probe but it is not activated. What can I do to make the probe activated.

The L 9–3 is listed as compatible with the Phillips, iE33 but this can depend on the probes exact part number and Software version as some require a minimum Software release number. I suggest checking the probe part number and Software version first if they're both compatible, then look for more hardware related issues such as the connecter and transducer configuration.
