MP30 Touch Screen Calibration

Screen will not calibrate... monitor will not accept touch of 2nd target in Cal Mode.  I replaced the bezel and touch sceen with Philips parts, same result.

 Probably needs a new touch panel. I would call Philips support at 1-800-722-9377 and see if they have a better idea.

Philips have advised the HIF Board should have also been replaced. I ordered one and will pass on the results when it is installed.

HI.

Have you ever log in to service mode to fix this problem. I think this function is disable. Please try below steps:

To permanently disable touchscreen operation:
a. Enter Service Mode.
b. Select Main Setup
c. Select User Interface
d. Change the Touch Enable selection to no.
To re-enable touchscreen functionality change the Touch Enable selection to yes.

i had the same problem.

I removed power cord and batteries.

Pressed the power button for 10 seconds.

I then put the batteries in connected power and calibrated the screen.

Works great
