Problems with the Brake pedals flipping on model 1115-000-030

Has anyone had issues with the Brake pedal flipping over rendering the brakes useless on model 1115-000-030

There is usually a roll pin that breaks.

Check  the white plastic block that is on each end that controls how the brakes lock and it also controls the steer function. these will wear and it allows the brakes to flip off.

Sounds like the split pin that holds the pedal to the shaft has fallen out.

I found that for me it was the main Link was bent on the (side Control Linkage assy.) and that the Bolts on the (Dual Sided Control Carriage Weldment) were loose.
