Bad socket

Looking for a replacement socket, even a part number.

Any help would be nice.

Thanks Gary,

Steris only identifys the whole assembly, I am trying without success to indentify the ceramic socket and replace it, replacement of the whole assembly is not needed, the steris/amsco lamp # is P 129359 934. I just am having trouble finding this socket for the lamp type or I should say indentify the lamp base type.

This has been posted before but no resolution posted.

Anyone that can indentify this lamp type I may be able to find a socket.
