Interfacing
I'd like to write my own application using the serial output from the device without using the Doctor Pro software. Where can I find information on the data format from the serial port.

Isn't the software free from A&D?

Thanks Gary!
I am planning however to make my own solution without using third party program. So what I need is the raw data from the serial output and the command sequence understood by the device.

Found some documentation on the Command Set and Data Format Specification. Unfortunately the transmission protocol parameters seems to be fixed. The document says the baud rate is at 9600bps. When I run my program on the same speed i still get a framing error message. Is there a way to verify from the device what its speed really is or did I get a mistyped document?

We have succesfully integrade into our software this appliance for two years now.
Indeed it is a good product but I heard that they will stop the production on the specific model. Bad news for me!
