i have interfaced sysmex xt2000i , with HIS . after connecting ,the analyzer displays message impossible apriar ASTM , also the analyzer does not respond disconnect analyzar.please help

I have heard rumour that ASTM protocol will not work on 2000i and that one must use SUIT instead.
