I am seeing an Error Code 601 on my Philips Digitrak XT screen. I've called Philips to handle the issue but am unable to get any answers. The only thing the CSR can say is that I should ship the monitor back and purchase a new one; I don't have a service agreement with Philips and so they are telling me to send back the defective monitor (which we paid for) and receive no refund, and then purchase a new monitor. Something smells rotten....
SO I wanted to know if anyone else has ever received this error message, and if so, what it is and how it was resolved.
