Has Anyone received free castors from Hill Rom due to plastic activation rods breaking. Also smaller swivel bearing housing bends into horn,causes friction,won't swivel freely.

Don't find the issue of caster problems with the ES so much. More so in B and C versions of Care Assist with old style caster support blocks. Free casters..not to my knowledge unless beds are recently purchased.
