We have a total of 28 INTOUCH beds here at our Facility and have had nothing but problems with the footboard connectors coming loose. Of the 28 beds 15 have had issues with the pins on the connector pushing out and no longer making connection. Some of the problems I am sure are user caused but most of these problems are due to a poor design by Stryker.

Heaven only know what these beds cost, but we have had nothing but problems with all of them. "No mattress detected," remotes not working, touch screen failures, parts coming loose, no support line posted.
