How to perform a Mains reset in hettich 630 rs

Mains reset = turn mains on and open the lid, with the lid open press the start button. This will clear the error

Hi there,
I just tried this but for some reason it did not work, it keeps giving me the following error message:
C / * -ERROR 51
and
MAINS INTERRUPT/NETZUNTERBREACHUN
Please let me know if there is anything I could do.
